Fees, schedules and invoicing terms are agreed in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period noted on each invoice.
Your guide carries full insurance coverage for all fishing charters and outdoor trips. We maintain equipment to the highest standards and follow strict safety protocols on every river trip and boat tour. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for your guided tour, as permitted by law.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your fishing trip receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If Game Sphere cancels due to weather or unsafe conditions, we'll reschedule your fishing guide appointment at no cost or offer a full refund.
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our fishing charter operations, safety standards, or outdoor travel offerings. The latest version is always available here on our site.
